Return Policy

At Ragal Fashion Hub, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.

*Do I need to return with the same packaging?

-> Please make sure that the original tags, labels, and packaging is retained, the product is unwashed & not damaged, the claim for returns will not be processed without the same. Please see below for the terms and conditions of our exchange policies.

We do accept returns only in the following cases:
1. Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return/ exchanges.
2. Ragal Fashion Hub reserves the right to change the exchange/money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
3. No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after 2 days from the delivery date.
4. Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns/exchanges, including sleeve attachment.
5. Client Should Must Inform Via E-Mail.
6. Customer must share Unboxing Packaging Video For Return reason Product Mismatch.
7. Some Charges May Apply On Return Product*
